Hotwire Communications Update

This is a notice that Hotwire Communications has scheduled planned system maintenance that will temporarily impact television, Internet, and voice services at Risinger Court.

MAINTENANCE START DATE: 7/23/2024

MAINTENANCE START TIME: 12:00 AM Central Time

MAINTENANCE END DATE: 7/25/2024

MAINTENANCE END TIME: 8:00 AM Central Time

Expected downtime: 0–360 minutes.
This work will cause intermittent service outages. It will not be necessary to call Customer Service during this time as the Engineering team will be working to restore your services as quickly as possible. Once this project is complete, we anticipate services will return without any issues.

A: Please contact Customer Service at 1-833-354-2289 if you experience any service-related issues.

Q: Do I need to be home during the above timeframe?
A: No, you do not need to be home, and we expect your services will be restored automatically.

Q: Do I need to do anything to restore my services after the system maintenance work is completed?
A: If you are an Internet subscriber, you may have to unplug the modem and the router. After 30 seconds, plug in the modem first, allow it to fully come online, and then plug in the router.
