Notice Regarding Supervision of Minors

We would like to kindly remind all residents that, as stated in the Association’s Bylaws, minor children under the age of 18, must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian while in the common areas of the community.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and to maintain a secure and respectful environment for everyone.
