Trash Notice

As of Monday, the excessive trash in the community has been picked up, and the Board, along with management, is actively working on solutions to prevent this issue from recurring in the future. It is crucial that outside vendors or contractors do not dispose of waste in the community trash bins, as these are designated for resident use only. Additionally, residents shall not dispose of bulk trash, appliances, or furniture in the dumpster area.

For large item disposal or haul-off, residents should contact a bulk trash company. Owners or their tenants who are found to be misusing the dumpsters will be subject to fines. If you witness any illegal dumping, please report it to management immediately. I also encourage all homeowners to inform their tenants about this notice to help maintain a clean and well-kept community.
